If you are nurse practitioner, registered nurse or nursing student who is interested in NP practice, we welcome your interest and invite you to participate in our organization. Join with over 1300 other members from across Ontario to support and lobby for NP practice, advocate for legislative and regulatory changes to eliminate barriers to practice and participate in a wide variety of professional development opportunities available through membership. First, be an RNAO member

To be a member of NPAO, you must be a member of RNAO. Please see the RNAO website for membership information and different payment options to join.

Membership Fees – Membership fees for 2011 for both RNAO and NPAO is $710.29 ($285.19 and $425.10 respectively). If you are working 15 hours or less per week, you may qualify for reduced rates (unemployed/underemployed category) for both RNAO ($129.14) and NPAO ($209.86). If you qualify for the reduced rate, we recommend you call RNAO to register for the reduced rate 416-599-1925 or 800-268-7199 as proof of eligibility is required for this membership rate.  In October 2011, “NP Student” category was updated.  NP students will qualify at a reduced rate of $20.

Next, register below to be an NPAO member and access the Members Website

Simply complete and submit the form below. This will allow you to join NPAO and get your unique user name and password for the NPAO Members Website.  The “members only” menu will appear only after you log in by clicking on MEMBER LOGIN (at the top of this page, next to the SEARCH field).

  • Your email address will be used to notify you of your membership approval.
  • Your College of Nurses of Ontario registration number (CON Number) is required if you wish to be part of our Searchable registry of Nurse Practitiones of Ontario.
  • Your username and password must each be 5 to 8 characters long and contain only numbers and letters.
