The 2011-2012 Ontario Universal Influenza Program (UIIP)

Prequalification process for the 2011-2012 season: Health care agencies , workplaces and other organizations that want to participate in Ontario’s Universal Influenza Immunization Program (UIIP) are required to complete an annual prequalification process to receive publicly-funded influenza vaccine if they plan to store it on their premises.
