This session will provide a high level overview of the NPLC model of care, including history, development, current state analysis and recommendations for growth/expansion.  Providing ample opportunity for questions and discussion, the goal is to inform and energize NPs and community members consider NPLC proposal development.  Written information and mentorship support will be available as follow up to this session
