Job Description
The NP is a highly valued member of our teams, providing care for patients of all ages. The NP provides medical care, education and coordination of care for patients experiencing a spectrum of medical issues from new life events to episodic illness to chronic disease. Within the supportive structure of our team, the NP functions in keeping with our policies, procedures and values.
This Nurse Practitioner (NP) position is a permanent 0.9 FTE shared between two organizations and includes the provision of one day per week of service at the Indigenous Primary Health Care Team.
The teams will negotiate a salary at the high end of the ministry pay scale. Job Requirements
Open to new graduates and all Ontario NPs. There will be some travel between sites.
