211Ontario – Connecting People to Community Programs and Services

A webinar about how 211 can assist Nurse Practitioners. 211 has been helping the people of Ontario navigate community, health and social services for many years. This webinar will provide information about 211’s Accredited enquiry service and Standards driven resource database of benefit to your clients when trying to access services in the community – particularly services during COVID-19, such as mental health services, food and other basic needs. I will also provide a quick tour of 211 public needs dashboard to further demonstrate how enquiries through 211 can assist community planners with program planning.
