About the session:
During COVID, BEACON is offering free therapist assisted internet guided Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (iCBT), to nurse practitioners, your family and your patients across Ontario. The program is funded by the Ontario government. It helps improve mild to severe symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, stress, chronic pain and panic. BEACON provides personalized one-on-one support by a registered mental health professional through secure messaging and provides psycho-educational materials like readings and worksheets. It is completely confidential, no waitlists and no appointments required.
Felicia and Debbie will be providing you with information about BEACON and how to access iCBT for you, your family and your patients.
