BounceBack update: New resources to help your clients manage COVID-19 related anxieties, and more, from home

The BounceBack communications and marketing team invites you to an updated training session about BounceBack, a free skill-building program designed to help individuals 15+ manage low mood, stress or worry. Whether your patients’ symptoms have been brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic or other life stressors, BounceBack can help!

This information session will serve as a refresher to the BounceBack program as well as provide insight into:

  • New client resources (for new parents, youth 15-18, caregivers, and individuals experiencing chronic pain)
  • Real life examples of BounceBack participants
  • How to refer
  • Top frequently asked questions from frontline staff

Presenter:

Anna Piszczkiewicz  – Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator, Canadian Mental Health Association Ontario Division

Anna is a former journalist working in the field of communications and knowledge transfer. Currently, she’s working on the province-wide implementation of BounceBack, a publicly funded mental health program, at the Canadian Mental Health Association, Ontario Division. As Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator, Anna helps connect primary care providers, health associations and organizations as well as consumers with the mental health resources they need.
